The customer is entitled to return the item or items purchased within 14 calendar days from receipt of order. To make a return you must always send a written notice to email@example.com.

Reimbursement of items returned to the invoiced price will be made, depending on the mode of payment of such items, by crediting the bank account corresponding to the card that was used for payment or transfer on the customer's bank account customer.
